Yes. Schools can use the Platform to publish suitable teaching vacancies where the relevant Employer/job-posting functionality is enabled.

WorkScout supports employer access to candidate/resume-related functionality depending on the configured features and extensions.


15. Can I contact a Candidate directly?

Where the relevant communication or messaging functionality is enabled, Employers may communicate with Candidates regarding legitimate job opportunities.

Employers must use Candidate information responsibly and only for appropriate recruitment-related purposes.


16. Can I shortlist Candidates?

Employers may use available Candidate management, bookmarks, or application-management features to organise potential Candidates.

33. What happens after I hire a Candidate?

Once a vacancy has been filled, Employers should update the job listing accordingly, such as marking the position as filled or closing the vacancy where that functionality is available.

Any employment agreement is directly between the Employer and Candidate.
